Project Managers at Leadline serve as an integration coordinator between the account service department and production. Their mission is to serve as the client’s advocate within the walls of the production department, focusing on the client’s outcomes and objectives. This position serves as a project management-focused digital marketing cross check across the departments to connect what the team is doing to meet the client’s objectives and goals; having a solid understanding of how to achieve results across all departments, services and channels. Ultimately this role drives the management of projects while continually monitoring and providing insights for ongoing efforts.

Job Description: Leadline is looking for a Senior Account Executive to manage larger client accounts independently with high-level skills in client relationship management and nurturing, strategic thinking and leading project management efforts through agency processes. They are the frontline with client communication coming into the building and ensure all communication and deliverables leaving the building are approved and up to our standards.
Client Relationship Management: We are in the service business. Delivering projects and deliverables to clients with speed, quality and communication is key. Leading effective communication early and often to clients is table steaks for the Senior Account Executive. The position would ensure a high level of quality in those deliverables through QC/QA in a timely manner. Most importantly, they steward the relationship with the client, ensuring the client is heard and their needs are met.
Strategic Thinking: The Senior Account Executive is the tip of the spear to ensure the strategy outlined with the client is always at the forefront of every deliverable, piece of content and message. They are the first to point back to the client's objectives and outcomes.
Project Management: Quarterback of the process. From assisting with initial proposal creation and/or strategy development, to creating briefs for the team and seeing the project through to the final deliverable.
